I have found myself missing my former life as a journalist. But, thanks to the internet, I have found my outlet. Of course my deep, insightful piece of published journalism is about... rolls. But it's something right? And if you go look at it, my little counter goes up and that is just an awesome thing to behold.

So true, rolls are very important. I love Costco rolls and would eat them every day if I could. But Rhode's rolls are also delicious and trick me into thinking that I'm an awesome cook.
I love it. I've personally gotten over my fear of yeast but I do enjoy the quick and delicious roll at any meal. Well done!

Now that's awesome! I read and smiled and read it again. I, too, am afraid of yeast. Anything that reacts in such a violent, reactive manner is indeed scary.
